History

Mercer has been training the next generation of pharmacists since 1903.

Previously known as the Southern School of Pharmacy, it was in downtown Atlanta until it moved to our current location in 1991.

In 1981, the College became the first pharmacy school in the south (and the fifth in the nation) to offer the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
